Tracey Webb

As an 11 year resident of Nevada City, and over 26 years of family history in Nevada County, I bring to my real estate career over 13 years of retail sales, knowledge and customer service skills. It is my personal goal to provide the most efficient, professional and above-n-beyond service to all of my clients and prospective clients.

I am extremely motivated and enthusiastic about my business and look forward to each and every day. It makes me proud to be a part of a successful, prestigious and powerful group of associates with such an outstanding track record.

Being a wife and a mother of two, I have experienced the educational system as well as extra curricular activities in Nevada County such as indoor/outdoor sports, dance, music and art.

I have been involved in real estate in one way or another since 1993. I started out buying real estate, remodeling it and selling it. I was able to see the potential of certain fixers and turned out some top quality properties. I later realized that it wasn't the remodeling part that I enjoyed, so much as the search for the perfect property. As your agent I can offer insight as to what benefits or hindrances a property may offer, since I have hands on remodeling experience.

I have lived in Nevada City since the turn of the century and will probably stay here for the rest of my life.
